How billing works
- Getting started — create an account, choose a plan and complete the checkout. You get access as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- Payment — card payments are processed by Stripe. Akswer never stores your card details.
- Billing cycle — subscriptions are charged monthly on the day you subscribed and renew automatically until cancelled. Invoices are available in the billing portal from your account page.
- Changing plan — upgrades apply immediately and downgrades apply at the next renewal; the difference is prorated on your next invoice.
- Cancelling — cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Taxes — prices are shown excluding any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
